Welcome everyone

Hello everyone in HUMA024LA at Humber. This is part 2 of the Humanities course. You've already covered units 3 and 4. Now, we're going to cover units 1, 2 and 5. My name is Nitin Deckha and I'm your instructor.

Since we're going to be covering themes such as:

• technology
• individualism and the self
• relationships
  
• diversity
• cultural expression

and many more, I thought we should a tool that touches on all of these: the Internet!

As I explain in alter posts, this blog will be part of your learning, sharing, and discussing. It will be a forum for you to express yourself, interact with your classmates, think through ideas, and participate in building a conversation about these themes that we're going to be covering. Hopefully, it will show how these ideas don't just live in a textbook, but in the everyday world and in the world you encounter online.
